FAQs
What distinguishes web-based graphics from traditional graphics?
Web-based graphics are platform-independent, ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers, while also eliminating the need for expensive dedicated graphics hardware and software, significantly reducing production costs.
Typically deployed in the cloud, web-based graphics can be accessed from anywhere, enabling remote production.
Can I control multiple outputs from a single rundown?
Absolutely! MXMZ Graphics is designed for this purpose. You can assign multiple outputs to a rundown and choose which output each graphic appears on. Additionally, a preview is available for each output.
Are data integrations possible with 3rd party APIs?
Certainly! We offer standard integrations like Stats Perform and Gracenote, and can also create custom integrations. If a integration can benefit multiple clients, we develop it at no extra cost.
Can I create my own graphics package?
Not yet, but starting november 2024, you can. We'll be launching our comprehensive timeline editor, enabling you to upload SVGs and build advanced motion graphics. For now, we can do it for you.
Can MXMZ Graphics be used offline?
Yes, MXMZ is cloud-native but can also be deployed on-premises or even on a standalone computer using our desktop app.
Can multiple people collaborate on one rundown?
Absolutely, as long as it's not live. Changes made are visible to all collaborating editors in real-time. Once an operator goes live with the rundown, it becomes locked for other users.
Do you offer support during live broadcasts?
We offer various SLAs, including priority 1 support with very short response and resolution times. Regular inquiries are addressed during CET office hours.
